The black pair is perfect. This pair however needs more padding. I added Steppr inserts now i can bb wear them comfortably

EXCELLENT customer service. Originally, I was sent the wrong shoes. They replaced with the correct size and allowed me to keep the other pair to give to someone else. Can't beat that kind of company! As for the shoes: light, comfortable, stylish, made with quality in mind. I will DEFINITELY be buying another pair soon.

By packaging the shoes in a better way. And with a detailed packing slip. Also, your shoes should have some indication of the size the consumer requested on the shoe under the flap, possibly? I would refrain from signing folks up for MLO membership when people have not requested it…makes it similar to a “Bait and Switch “ tactic.
